The Firm is a member of IAG, the Integrated Advisory Group, which is a worldwide organization consisting of a select group of law firms and accounting firms meeting an elite criteria of expertise in the area of practice.

IAG is one of the most active organizations of its kind. IAG has member firms throughout Europe and North America and is expanding worldwide by stringent selection of excellent new members.

Members include lawyers, accountants, tax advisers and fiduciaries, some of whom work in association with other specialists such as economists or real estate or financial advisers. IAG is a truly multidisciplinary group, and IAG members are able to advise clients on a wide range of issues.

Each IAG member firm offers to its clients:

  fluent English and other languages
  first class resources and communications
  experience of dealing with foreign clients
  understanding of cross border transactions
  reliable excellent international contacts
   
  Founded in 1989, IAG is constituted as a non-profit making Association under Dutch law, although its common language is English. Members meet frequently, getting to know each other well as colleagues and building an understanding of each other’s countries and their legal and commercial frameworks. Three assemblies are held annually, each hosted by a member firm in a different city. The Committee and various sub-groups also meet separately in order to plan future development, specific products and services.

IAG is growing towards representation in all major centers of commercial activity. Great care is taken in the selection of new members on the basis that only firms of the highest caliber are admitted to IAG.

Each IAG member remains completely independent and free to make referrals to non IAG firms. The most important criterion in advising a client is always the client’s best interests.

IAG enhances the services which member firms are able to offer to their clients, and this is responsible for the group’s continuing growth and development.
